Nursery Teacher Recruitment

[Let your English Skills Shine!] Nursery Teacher Assistant Supporting Native English Teachers (Full-time / Part-time Negotiable)

This is very different from a typical licensed nursery school—in both atmosphere and common practices.
Rita School is an international English-immersion nursery school.
We prioritize children’s autonomy and creativity in a multicultural, multilingual environment where they “connect with the world through play” every day.
Unlike strictly regulated licensed nurseries, we offer a flexible, free atmosphere that respects each child’s “right now.”
Perfect for those who want to do “non-traditional” childcare and engage with children from a global perspective!

“I want to support children’s smiles together with the English world.”
We are looking for teammates to gently support children’s daily lives right beside our native English teachers.

Position

English Nursery Support Staff (Full-time / Part-time & hours negotiable)

Job Responsibilities

- Supporting children’s daily routines (meals, toileting, changing clothes, naptime supervision)
- Safety and hygiene management in the school
- Parent communication (simple English interaction when needed)

● English lessons are mainly led by the teachers, so you do not need to teach English yourself.
● You can naturally immerse yourself in the English environment while playing together with the children.
